If you aren’t familiar with kimchi yet, get familiar. You’re gonna wanna put it on everything.

Ok maybe not everything, but it adds such a yummy crunchy, tangy, spicy flavor I just can’t get enough of it! So what the heck is kimchi you ask? Pickled cabbage with a variety of seasonings making it a delicious side dish, or topping to a variety of meals.

We have juicy teriyaki chicken, organic brown rice, kimchi, and freshly crumbled cotija cheese going on in these tacos and every bite was ahhh-maaa-zinggg.

    Looks so yummy, I think this is the food that always told by my bf to try it… he is a Korean and he wanted me to eat Korean food…

    I’m SO addicted to! I’ll literally put it on everythinggggggg. We actually buy ours at Trader Joes because it’s the cheapest I’ve found! It doesn’t taste as authentic as I’d like it to though. It comes in a little pouch near the refrigerated tofu. But my co worker told me that there are a few Asian markets that sell it in the Bay Area in HUGE jars for like $10. Which is a steal!

    I’m not entirely sure how this is possible because my origins are so far from Asian (I’m Czech), but I’m freaking addicted to kimchi. I believe it’s the most perfect food. Some people eat yogurt for probiotics, I eat kimchi. LOVE it. And (praise the Lord!) I now live in a big city where it’s easy to find. Where do you buy yours?
